Anyone who wants their whole health in one place. The app is built for everyday use, and longevity care is there when you want a clinician who already knows your numbers.
What will it cost?
The app brings your health data together in one record. Clinical and telehealth care is offered as a paid plan. We are finalizing pricing and will publish it before launch. You will always see the price that applies to you before you subscribe.
Which devices and wearables work with it?
HealthForge is built to connect the wearables and services people already use, including watches, rings, armbands, and continuous glucose monitors, and to bring lab results into the same record. We will publish a current list of supported integrations at launch.
Is my health data private and secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you decide who can see it. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Do I own my data, and can I export it?
Yes. Your record is yours. You can export it and take it with you, and you can delete your account whenever you want.
Does the AI give medical advice?
No. Your AI helps you see patterns and organize your health. It does not replace a clinician. Medical care comes from licensed clinicians through our telehealth services.
